What is Noktuma?

Noktuma is a global streetwear brand focused on bold graphics, clean fits, and everyday-ready pieces. We build our products around heavy, premium fabrics so they look sharp and feel solid every time you wear them.

What materials do you use for your t-shirts and hoodies?

Our core products use heavyweight French terry cotton:

  • T-shirts: 240 GSM French terry cotton
  • Hoodies: 320 GSM French terry cotton

This gives a thicker, more structured feel than regular lightweight tees and hoodies, while still being comfortable enough for daily wear.

How is your product quality?

Every item goes through multiple quality checks before shipping.
We focus on:

  • Consistent stitching and construction
  • Accurate printing/embroidery placement
  • Fabric feel and weight (240 GSM tees / 320 GSM hoodies)

If something slips through and arrives damaged or incorrect, our Return & Refund Policy covers you.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements.
We strongly recommend:

  • Measuring a similar item you own that fits well
  • Comparing those measurements to our size chart before placing your order

If you’re between two sizes and like a looser streetwear fit, you can usually size up.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If we are unable to ship to a specific country or region, we’ll let you know and issue a refund if needed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our total delivery window is 15 to 20 days from the time you place your order.
This includes both:

  • Our processing/production time, and
  • The shipping time with the carrier.

Why does shipping take 15 to 20 days?

We’re not a fast-fashion warehouse. Your order goes through production, finishing, and quality control before shipping out. This process, plus international transit, creates a 15 to 20 day delivery window. We’d rather take a bit longer and ship something we’re proud of than rush poor-quality pieces.

How much is shipping?

We keep it simple:

  • Orders below 50 USD: Standard shipping is 2.87 USD
  • Orders 50 USD and above: Free standard shipping

This applies globally for all regions we ship to, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Most orders are shipped within 10-15 days from the order date.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local authorities.
These are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay local duties and the package is returned or destroyed, any refund will follow our Shipping and Return policies.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product, color, or size
  • The actual measurements do not reasonably match the size chart on the product page
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Do you accept returns for size issues?

We accept size-related returns only if:

  • You chose your size based on our size chart, and
  • The product measurements do not match the size chart in a reasonable way

If the item matches the size chart and the size just doesn’t fit how you expected, it’s treated as a customer selection issue and is not eligible for return.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. If possible, record or share an unboxing video
  3. Email us at contact@noktuma.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and media

We’ll review your case and either arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit according to our policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the issue is our fault (defect, damage, wrong item, or size chart error), we cover the return shipping or reimburse standard return costs.
  • If a return is requested outside our standard rules and we exceptionally approve it, the customer may need to cover return shipping and original shipping may not be refundable.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, email contact@noktuma.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
  • Once it’s processed for shipping, it can no longer be changed or cancelled and will fall under our Return and Refund Policy.
